Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Domestic shipping (United States)

We offer free shipping on domestic orders, with no minimum purchase required. Standard delivery is typically estimated at 5–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

International shipping

International shipping is available to eligible destinations. Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout for your delivery address and order. International delivery is typically estimated at 10–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing. These estimates are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties and taxes unless included at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays, lost packages, and damaged orders

Carrier delays, holidays, weather, and customs processing may affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact grindersparadise02@gmail.com promptly with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging if possible. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.
